Short version: the calculators run in your browser and send nothing. If you request a review, your details are used only to respond to that request. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
The calculators and readiness score
The exposure calculator and readiness score run entirely in your web browser. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere, unless you submit a review request and leave the box checked to include your results.
What a review request collects
- Your name and email address, and your phone number if you provide it.
- The topics you select and your message.
- If you leave the box checked: your calculator results (total exposure, umbrella limit, gap, and assumptions) and readiness score.
- The page address and the time of the request.
Please don’t include policy numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive details in the form.
How it is used and who handles it
Your request is used only so a licensed insurance professional can respond to it. It is delivered by email through a form-delivery service (Web3Forms), and a backup copy is stored with the site’s hosting provider so a request isn’t lost if email fails. These services handle the information to provide the site; it isn’t sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting provider and the web-font provider (Google Fonts) receive standard technical information when a page loads, such as your IP address and browser type. The hosting provider also gives the site aggregate visit statistics. The site does not run advertising.
Keeping and deleting requests
Requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to licensed professionals. To ask that your request be deleted, submit a new request through the form and say so.
